Your Feet...they take you everywhere!

Lets be honest, your feet hurt! I know they must because MINE do! We stand all day, stuff them into ill fitting shoes or sport flip flops all summer. Our feet take on all kinds of damage and as my good friend Adri constantly reminds me, feet are the center of everything. You can not go anywhere gals if your feet hurt! So before we start exploring, those must be taken care of! I like to give my whole being a little tune up of sorts. Every week if I can fit it in I like to go to this magical place...the foot spa! Yes, you heard me correctly! A spa, just for your feet! I have taken my girlfriends, family members and out of town guests and they ALL love me after! My favorite place to go is in Temecula and it's called Allo Spa. While your feet are soaking in a tea bath (tea draws toxins out of the body) your therapist will give you a neck, shoulder and back rub...ahhhhh heaven! But thats not all! Than your feet are lovingly toweled off and rubbed for the remainder of the hour. Reflexology is applied to work out any toxins in your body. All this for the incredible price of $20!! Yes, you read correctly only 20 bucks! I do recommend an appointment as they are so busy now, you can no longer just walk in as my friend Jen and I used too. When I am visiting the Los Angeles area, I like to go to Song's Acupuncture adjacent to the Encino Center. I try to book with David, their number is 818-905-7575. OH! Don't forget to take your guy ladies! They may balk at first, but I guarantee your man will love it just as much as you...who knows? It may inspire him to rub your tootsies every once in awhile!
